OBA challenges each of its students in his own unique way. Since coming here midway through my sophomore year, I realized that it would not be easy to fly under the radar and still get an A in my classes. I would need to put forth time and effort in order to maintain an acceptable grade. Although we might get the grade we want, it usually comes at a cost. There have been countless hours spent studying and many more hours in meetings with friends to work on projects. Even though we end of sleep deprived many nights, all the hard work offers a great sense of accomplishment. We also are much better prepared for college, prepared for the academic rigor that will be expected of us. I am so thankful for the challenges that OBA provides for us, and I anticipate putting these new skills into action next year in college.
