Congratulations to the
OBA High School Boys Cross Country Team who
became STATE CHAMPIONS AND STATE ACADEMIC CHAMPIONS
at the State Meet in Shawnee.

Most of the boys had their best times of the year by 30 seconds and two
runners made All-State: Shaun Koehn placed 4th and Sam Cannon placed
8th. The top 10 runners are named to the All-State team.
Both OBA Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams competed at the State Meet.
The girls team placed 12th.

Madrigal Dinner Announced
Tickets are now on sale for the
First Annual OBA Madrigal Dinner.
There
will be two perform-ances: Saturday, December 20 at 7 p.m.
includes a dinner and Sunday, December 21 at 1:30 p.m. includes a
dessert. Ticket prices are $15 for the Saturday performance
and $5 for the Sunday afternoon performance. Call the OBA
office to reserve your ticket. 242-4104

website through this link. There is also a spot on the website for
juniors to
look at to begin to think about financial aid in college.

set up a program called
OHLAP or Oklahoma's Promise to assist families who make less
than $50,000 a year with college education expenses for their child.
You must apply when they are in 8th, 9th, or 10th grade.
