No family pays the full price of what it actually takes to send their child to OBA. The tuition that parents pay covers only 79% of their education each year. The other 21% is earned through the following giving programs. You can help support all or one of these programs which in turn will support OBA students. |

Booster Club
- All music, sports, drama, academic teams, bus maintenance,
transportation costs at OBA are supported by the Booster Club. The
money raised to support these activities comes from corporate
sponsors, family memberships, meals served at sporting events,
spirit merchandise, KOFM Basketball Tournament, and the Trojan
Indoor Track and Field Games. All school families and friends are
given the opportunity to purchase a family membership or become a
corporate sponsor of OBA. |
Heritage Partners Fund -This is a program designed to bridge the gap between tuition and actual per pupil costs as well as provide funds for furthering OBA’s quest for academic excellence. We are seeking Heritage Partners who will pledge 1,000-$5,000 per year for three years as a commitment to academic excellence. |
Legacy Campaign - The Capital Campaign was kicked off in April 2004 with a $400,000 goal. This campaign consisted of three phases: technology, a multi-purpose building, and an 8-lane state-of-the-art rubberized track. All phases have now been completed with a track meet planned for the spring of 2007 on the new track. Pledge commitments are still coming in and we are excited to see the outcome of this project. |

Auction - OBA hosts an Annual Benefit Auction to raise funds for the general budget at OBA. The auction is held the first Saturday of October each year. Each school family is encouraged to participate in this fundraiser by donating food or auction items and participating in the day’s events. |
Music/Band Programs - OBA hosts three special music programs throughout the school year. They also provide special music for area churches and other organizations. Proceeds from offerings taken at these events allow us to keep your child’s tuition low |
Band Bucks
- Jumbo Foods has generously agreed to give OBA 5% of all purchases
made with OBA Band Bucks at their stores in Enid. All that is asked
of you is that you take a few seconds to stop at the Jumbo’s office
window and purchase OBA Band Booster Bucks and then use them as cash
when shopping. All money raised from the purchase of band bucks
goes directly to the music/band programs. |

| Pathway to Commitment - Purchase an engraved brick or granite tile, and leave a permanent legacy or honor someone special in your life—students, graduates, parents, friends, teachers, administrators or others. The Pathway of Commitment begins at the entrance to the football field and will continue towards the stadium and multi-purpose building. This project is a joint project of the Legacy Committee and the Indoor Track Committee to raise funds to benefit the development of the indoor and outdoor track programs. |
Student Assistance Program
- These gifts help families that would not be able to otherwise
afford an OBA education.
Matching Gifts from Corporations
- Each year OBA receives
gifts through the efforts of donors who take advantage of their
company’s matching gift benefit. Contact your human resource
department and find out if you can multiply the power of your gift
at Oklahoma Bible Academy. |
