APPLICATION PROCEDURE 
Please use the following checklist to guide you through the application process.  The items in the list need to be completed and turned in before the admission process can begin.

1.  Application for Admission

2.  Application fee of $100, submitted with
     application

3.  Photocopy of current report card

4.  Sending school form

1. Interested families should submit the required items.

2. The OBA staff will contact you to schedule an
    interview.

3. Parents and student applicant will meet with
    admissions personnel.

4. Successful applicants will receive an acceptance
    letter.

Those receiving a letter denying admission will receive a refund of $50.
